T.G.S. x Sunderland Machine Works mk1 Special Edition

The Sunderland mk1 is a machined pen tailored to the executive rather than the "tactical" market - in other words, this pen is designed for putting words on the page as opposed to breaking the glass out of a car window or serving as an improvised tactical weapon. The pen features smooth lines and a patent-pending internally threaded cap that make it absolutely one of my favorite pens on the market, and a natural choice for my first T.G.S. Pen Collaboration! The initial release sold so well that we brought this pen back.

This T.G.S.-exclusive version of the Sunderland mk1 features a bead-blasted finish, with a matte black barrel, matte red/burgundy grip section, and DLC-coated matte clip. As with all Sunderland pens, the body is manufactured from 6061 aluminum and the clip from 17-4 stainless steel, both of which lend the pen exceptional durability.

The Sunderland mk1 measures 5.2" closed, 4.9" unposted, and 5.8" posted; and weighs .8oz with the Pilot G2 refill included. Main body diameter is .44", and hourglass section diameter is .36".
