Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Occasionally shipping times may be extended due to weather, special events, or trade show travel. Typically if shipping is delayed beyond 2-3 business days we post a notice on the website. 

Domestic US shipping is through UPS or USPS unless otherwise stated. Purchases totaling more than $75.00 will receive FREE shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee shipping times even within the US. Delivery times can be affected by weather, natural disasters, and postal service administrative issues over which we have no control. 

Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 weeks for packages to arrive. Any estimated delivery times provided by the postal service are estimates only, and increasingly inaccurate. Estimated deliveries provided by a postal service are not guarantees of delivery times. 

Please make sure your address is correct and includes apartment and suite numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for packages that get returned due to incomplete address and you will be responsible for both the original and additional shipping charges if necessary. If you use Apple, Shop or PayPal to pay for your items, your saved addresses will sometimes automatically override what you type into the shipping details. Please make sure your "saved" information is correct before finalizing an order.

Shipments to Freight Forwarders are at buyers own risk; return dates cannot be extended for those using this service. We are not able to file for insurance claims when a freight forwarding service is used. For purposes of determining whether a package is delivered, the final destination is based on the customer's shipping address. Customers bear all responsibility for insuring shipments from freight forwarders to any final destination. 

International shipping can take up to 6 weeks or more, depending upon the destination, as well as due to delays caused by Customs offices, weather, etc. We also may not be able to track shipments once they leave the U.S.  It is the customers' responsibility to take care of any taxes or import fees. We cannot change the value of items purchased to avoid tariffs or taxes. Make sure your full legal name is listed if your order is going thru customs or it might get returned to sender.
