M+R Brass Pencil Sharpener / "Castor" Long-Point

Made from Messing brass, this sharpener from German manufacturer Möbius + Ruppert (M+R) gives you a long-point pencil sharpener in a sturdy-yet compact brass format. While the point is not as long as the companion “Pollux,” which forms a concave point, I would argue that the Castor is likely a better choice for an “everyday” sharpener. (It is fun to have both though!).

Replacement blades are also available.
